Terms and Conditions

Updated for the Goaly V2 platform.

1. About us and what we do: Goaly Apps Inc, Panama (info@goalyapps.com), operates the Platforms (Goaly mobile apps and the Website). We offer the opportunity to create and manage tournaments, teams, and player profiles, share posts, and follow live results.
2. Third-party content: Content comes from Goaly and third parties (e.g. social networks, blogs, or integrated partners). We do not directly host third-party content and show icons identifying its source.
3. Scope of application: These terms of use apply to all of our platforms on iOS and Android operating systems. Using the app or Website implies your consent to these terms of service.
4. Modifications of terms: We may update or adapt these terms in the future to account for legal changes or technical updates. For paid plans, we will notify you 30 days in advance.
5. Availability: There is no guaranteed right to the uninterrupted availability of content or features. Goaly reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services at any time.
6. Premium Subscription (Goaly Sub): The paid subscription allows you to use the App without seeing native banners or pre-roll videos. Branding integrations, immersive push notifications, and TV listings may still be visible.
7. Payments and Renewals: In-app purchases are processed through the official Apple App Store and Google Play Store billing systems, subject to their respective terms.
