Privacy Policy

Updated for the Goaly V2 platform.

1. Point of contact: The responsible body for your personal data is Goaly Apps Inc, Panama. You can contact our data protection officer at info@goalyapps.com at any time.
2. Applicability: This policy applies to all Goaly mobile applications (iOS and Android) and associated services, processing personal data in compliance with data privacy regulations.
3. Use without registration: You can use basic functions without registering (naming a favorite team, following players/competitions). The app generates a device-specific pseudonymous identifier.
4. IP Address and Geolocation: The IP address is processed briefly for technical delivery and is deleted or anonymized. We perform geographical search only at the country level to protect your privacy.
5. Third-party vendors and SDKs: The app integrates Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Storage and Hosting), Google AdMob for advertising, Meta for Facebook sign-in and app events, and the Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems. We integrate no other advertising attribution or measurement vendor.
6. Download and installation: When installing, the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) process your account username, email address, download time, and device number, which we do not directly control.
7. Advertising: When ads are enabled, Goaly shows native ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process your advertising identifier, IP address and ad interaction data to select an ad, cap how often you see it and measure its performance. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom we ask for your consent through the Google (UMP) form before any ad request, and you can review it at any time in Settings › Ad privacy choices; on iOS we also ask for Apple tracking permission (ATT). Without that consent no personalized ads are requested. Subscriptions that include ad removal switch network ads off entirely.
8. Age and account holder: Goaly is not directed to children. The account and the payment belong to a responsible adult, who may manage the profiles of underage players. By accepting the Terms of Service you declare that you are that person: we record which account accepted, which version of the terms and when, without your age or your date of birth, and we do not verify that declaration. If your account already existed because you had signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook, that record is created on the first app start after the update, with no new screen. If you use the app without signing in, no acceptance is recorded and that declaration is never on the account. A player profile date of birth is used for sports statistics and never to target advertising. From app version 5.0.16 onwards, while that declaration is not on the account (for example, because it has not been accepted yet, or because the record has not been processed yet), the ad request carries the teen maximum content rating. Once the declaration is there, the app stops asking for that rating, and the cap stops applying on the next app start. Earlier app versions apply no age limitation to ad content. That cap limits which ad is served and says nothing about who sees it: we do not declare to the ad network that anyone is under age, and we send it no age audience certification.
9. Reporting an ad: Next to every ad there is a control to report it by choosing a reason from a closed list. The report records only that reason, the slot and screen where the ad appeared, the ad unit when available, the app version, the platform and a case identifier; it accepts no free text, does not copy the ad content, and its content is never sent to analytics tools. Cases reach Goaly Apps Inc, which is responsible for reviewing them and for acting on the advertiser, the category or the slot involved. You can write to info@goalyapps.com quoting the case identifier to follow yours.
10. Billing and Purchases: For paid subscriptions, we process transaction verification and billing data necessary to fulfill purchases in cooperation with Apple and Google app stores.
11. Deleting your account and your data: You can request deletion of your account and of the data associated with it from the app, under Settings › Delete account, or on the web at https://goalyapps.com/en/delete-account, without reinstalling it. That page explains what is deleted immediately, what is rewritten automatically across the rest of the app, what we delete once your request reaches us, and what we keep, with the reason.
